Admissions & Box Office Associate – Job ID 42850

Responsibilities: Excellent customer service experience; processing ticket orders and selling general admission, docent tours, film, theater, and lecture tickets; providing information about The Ringling and its programs; assisting with mailing lists, sales reports, and customer inquiry follow-up; & is responsible for efficient accurate cash handling and ticket distribution.

Schedule/Salary: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week at $10 per hour. Flexible hours. Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required.   

Qualifications:  High school diploma/equivalent; Candidate must have the ability to work with cash; Interpersonal and communication skills, to include the ability to interact with a variety of people; Ability to work with the computer ticketing system; Ability to stand for up to one hour, and lift up to 25 lbs. This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting.
