Brookhart Jonquil: ATLANTIS ; Natalie Lerner: 100 CORNERS ; An Onghena: REMODELING GRAPHIC HABITS ; NEW MODERN: Juried Exhibition

Cycle 1 (October 11-November 16) features work by the Miami-based installation artist Brookhart Jonquil, who will exhibit his illusory glass and light-based sculpture in Gallery One. Brooklyn-based Natalie Lerner’s haunting and poetic etchings and graphite on paper drawings will be on exhibit in Gallery Two; and Gallery Three features Belgian artist An Onghena’s diaristic take on traditional and contemporary printmaking in an exhibit curated by the author and arts activist Kurt Van Belleghem, an independent curator and publisher in the field of contemporary art and design. “New Modern,” an open, all-media, all-subject, juried exhibition is in Gallery Four, juried by Caui Lofgren. Opening reception for Brookhart Jonquil and New Modern is October 11, 5-7 p.m. Opening reception for Natalie Lerner and An Onghena is October 18, 5-7 p.m.
