We all go through ups and downs in life regardless of our circumstances and sometimes changes can created unpleasant
experiences and emotions. However, when we learn to observe our emotions and use these moments as lessons in life we
become stronger and more at ease in life. This is the purpose of mindfulness practice, Training your mind takes discipline and proper guidance can be helpful to encounter a Serene State of Mind.
