This class is designed with concepts of classical modern dance focusing on alignment, understanding of time, weight, space, energy while developing strength. We will begin with a floor and standing warm-up followed by center and traveling exercises that focus on proper technique, spinal articulation (including contractions and spirals), musicality, and movement quality.
