The 39th Annual Sarasota Jazz Festival kicks off with  . This Free Concert will feature performance by three groups – the  Manatee H.S. Jazz Band; The Sarasota Jazz Project big band and the  masterful drummer Greg Caputo and his Quartet. Music begins at noon until 4:00 pm. Free admission and free parking. Bring your folding chairs or blankets and enjoy live jazz with the entire family in a wonderful outdoor park setting. There is a playground for young children to enjoy.
Information on all the events of the week long (March 3 – 9) festival and tickets for the popular jazz trolley and pub crawl in downtown Sarasota on March 7th will be available.
Food Trucks will be available for food and beverages. No coolers permitted
