Balancing the mind body connection: Begin by exploring with your non-dominant hand to release your authentic marks and writings while opening to a full expression using a variety of materials.
Mindful art combines simple mindfulness and art exercises to help you de-stress, connect with how you’re feeling in the present moment, and create without judgment. We use mindful art activities that focus on trusting the creative process and giving yourself permission to create with self-compassion! Whether you’re a seasoned artist or you have no experience at all, you’re invited to create with compassion to de-stress.
Additional wellness workshops with Joyce Zimmerman will be offered Nov 17, Dec 19, Jan 9, Feb 15, and March 27.
