Member Access to GoToMeeting
The Arts and Cultural Alliance offers GoToMeeting, virtual conferencing software, as a free benefit for members.
This software allows your organization to schedule and host online video conferences for up to 250 people. You are also able to record these sessions and share them after the event.
One person from your organization must serve as the GoToMeeting Organizer. This person will receive instructions and access information from the Alliance and be responsible for meeting setup. If an organization needs to have more than one GoToMeeting Organizer, contact Andrea Knies, firstname.lastname@example.org for setup.
You may continue your access as long as you are a member of the Alliance, however, we have a limited number of seats, so please inform the Alliance if you are not using the product.
Simply complete the form below to request access to GoToMeeting.
Your request will be reviewed by Alliance staff and a login link will be sent to you once approved. This is a manual staff process, therefore requests made outside of normal business hours will take longer to complete.
