Closed- Superheroes On Parade
Superheroes On Parade — A Sarasota/Manatee art affair benefitting Southeastern Guide Dogs: After our wildly successful 2016 Superheroes on Parade campaign with its larger-than-life-sized dog statues wearing superhero capes, we at Southeastern Guide Dogs are bringing back the fun in a puppy version. Superheroes on Parade – Puppy Edition is our whimsical community art event to raise funds and awareness of Southeastern Guide Dogs in 2017. Our guide and service dogs are true superheroes, trained right here in your backyard and working across the nation.
This campaign features over 100 puppy sculptures representing future guide dogs, sponsored by local businesses and then customized and painted by local and international artists. The event includes sculpture unveiling events and culminates in an entertaining awards celebration.
We’re inviting you to join our Superheroes on Parade by painting one of these limited edition creative puppy sculptures.
